Car shuttles
We book independent operators who drive your vehicle from where you start to where you finish — raft put-in to take-out, MTB trailhead to bottom, or ski-tour start to exit — so the car is waiting when you're done. Nobody rides along with the shuttle driver. When booking is live, payments run on Stripe; Shoulder Season retains a 15% booking fee. The operator handles insurance, drivers and the drive.
Put-in → take-out
Leave the car at the put-in (or take-out). Drivers move it so you finish at your own vehicle.
Trailhead / top → bottom
Drop the car at the start of the shuttle run; pick it up where you end the ride.
Start → tour exit
Vehicle waiting at the skin-track exit or road-out — winter tires/chains and road rules on the operator.
For operators
- Business entity; CGL + garagekeepers + hired/non-owned auto (personal auto usually excludes this).
- Driver MVR / background checks; key handoff or lockbox SOPs; condition photos; customer waiver; claims process.
- Driver return plan that is not for-hire passenger transport (chase vehicle, bike/e-bike, etc.).
- Winter: tires/chains, closures, trailhead parking permits.
