When guides decide
Most mountain bike guides commit during Feb–Apr. Post before then.
Certs guides look for: PMBIA or BICP, WFA/WFR, and bike-park coach training.
What gets guides to apply
- Pay up front — hourly, day or trip rate, plus tips policy.
- Housing — yes/no and cost. It's the #1 filter on our job pages.
- Season dates and whether you'll train or pay for certs.
