Most raft guides commit during Jan–Apr. Post before then.
Certs guides look for: swiftwater rescue, WFA/WFR, CPR, and any state guide licence (e.g. Utah river guide licence, Colorado outfitter-registered guides).
What gets guides to apply
- Pay up front — hourly, day or trip rate, plus tips policy.
