When guides decide
Most ski / snowboard instructors commit during Aug–Oct. Post before then.
Certs guides look for: PSIA-AASI (US), CSIA/CASI (Canada), NZSIA or ISIA-level certs; first-timers often accepted with in-house training.
What gets guides to apply
- Pay up front — hourly, day or trip rate, plus tips policy.
- Housing — yes/no and cost. It's the #1 filter on our job pages.
- Season dates and whether you'll train or pay for certs.
